Return Policy


Your satisfaction is important to us. Please examine your order upon receipt. You may return your item(s) within 10 days, in “as-new” condition. Shipping charges are not refunded except from an error in fulfillment on our part. For example a wrong color.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. When sending your return, please include your original packaging materials, if you no longer have it then please include a note with your name, email, order # and reason for the return. Upon receipt of your return we will fully inspect the merchandise and advise you if there are any discrepancies. If there are no discrepancies with your return, the return amount will be credited to your method of payment.

All international purchases are final.
